Privacy Policy
a)Who we are
Data controller: Limited Liability Company Production and Commercial Enterprise “SOIR” LTD (a Ukrainian legal entity; registered name is in Ukrainian), registration number 21739063, legal address: 125 Rivnenska St., Lutsk, Ukraine.

b)What data we collect
- Contact form data: name, company, email or phone, message, site language and submission time.
- A hashed (not raw) form of your IP address, used only for spam protection.
- Analytics data — only if you accepted the Analytics category.
c)Why and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry — as pre-contract steps and on the basis of legitimate interest.
- Analytics — only on the basis of your consent.
d)Who receives the data
The email delivery provider (Resend), the database provider (Supabase) and Google (Analytics, only with your consent).
Some of these providers may process data outside Ukraine and the EU.
e)How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries are kept for 12 months.

You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) and, if you are in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
